Hello! I'm Jayne, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a master's in counselling psychology.
I am currently available virtually across BC.
As a counsellor, I walk with you through life’s journey, through the ups and downs. My goal is not to "treat" your grief, but ratherto help you feel less alone in an experience that can otherwise be isolating.
You are the author of your story and I collaboratively help you explore the implications of your loss, as well as your values to write your next chapter. Using evidence-based techniques, and a collaborative strength-based approach, I help you access skills within yourself to struggle less, be more present, and find more meaning and vitality in the things that matter to you.
